Pole Classes for Curvy Women
Do you consider yourself to be a curvy woman? Not a small dress size, chunky or thicc? Maybe you've wanted to try pole dancing, but have been nervous due to your weight?
We totally understand the nerves, and it can be really daunting going to your first class!
We designed Voluptuous Vixens as a pole class for plus size women, a safe space with no judgement, and a slower approach to training.
That doesn't mean you won't work! You will achieve loads of awesome moves, the same as in a normal pole class but you just take a different path to get there.
Build strength from the beginning, achievable exercises that leave you feeling good
No race to invert! Enjoy loads of low pole moves and spins, climbing, spinny pole and low flow to build your strength.
Taught by a plus size instructor Hannah, who has been poling for many years, is welcoming, supportive and will give you a class you will love every week.

What Hannah has to say
Hannah has been poling for over 5 years, and wants to encourage other women to take it up! Why?
Because it will boost your body confidence, is a great place to start your fitness journey, is less intimationg than the gym and you buid strength in a fun way.
As a curvy woman, Hannah knows the struggles a bigger body can bring to a pole class – it can be a slower journey to strength, lots of self doubt and negative self talk, and not wanting to show off you body because you feel shame.
That is why we created Voluptuous Vixens! So women who are thiccer can enjoy a class tailored to their specific needs! No rush to inversion, slower strength building and more time to work on movements, with plenty of options to make moves easier or harder depending on where your strengths lay.
This class is fun, friendly and super welcoming, where you can build strength, a new skill and meet some amazing new friends too.
