Intermediate - Advanced

After your first term of beginners you will move up to our intermediate classes! These are taught based on your ability, and your instructor can provide easier or harder options based on your ability. You can try any class on timetable £10!

Low Intermediate classes are for those who have just finished a beginners course, or feel they would enjoy staying here to focus on the fundamentals of climbs and inversion.

High Intermediate is suitable for those who feel a little more comfortable with inverts and higher skill spins and climbs. You will be taught how to improve your strength and abilities for advanced pole. This is the class most of our students spend their time in.

Mixed intermediate classes are for all levels of intermediate to attend, class will be split if needed, or moves taught and progressions or regressions taught to cater to each level.

Advanced and beyond classes are for those comfortable with inverts and being able to hold themselves in moves such as Aysha and Jack-knife. It also requires you to have a good knowledge of fundamental grips, like brass monkey placement, laybacks, inside and outside leg hangs.

We are NOT restrictive here at Bewitched. We used to teach by syllabus, and still do for our fundamentals and base movements.

However, we found this way too restrictive!

Now we teach based on what we feel our clients need (and want!)  We often run special class months where we focus on improving one element of training in various ways.

Example we held 'Savage September' as a whole month of strength and conditioning on the pole to be able to execute the fundamentals well and safely, we compared our week 1 to week 4 results and saw massive improvements.
