Our stretch classes focus on building strength and stability to help you safely achieve deeper flexibility. By strengthening your body alongside stretching, you’ll not only improve your flexibility for pole, but also support your body in everyday life.

Regular stretching can help:

You can attend in studio or online, and both options include access to the class recording so you can stretch again in your own time.

We provide equipment in the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
