About Bewitched

More Than Just a Pole Studio

Bewitched Pole Fitness is a welcoming, inclusive space where you can build strength, confidence and connection through movement.

We offer Pole Fitness, Liquid Pole, Stretch and soon Aerial Hoop, with classes designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced students.

Our focus is simple — help you feel strong, confident and supported in a friendly, no-judgement environment.

My Story

Bewitched began from a personal journey.

Like many people, I struggled to find a form of exercise that I truly enjoyed. Traditional gyms never quite clicked, and I found it hard to stay motivated.

Then I discovered pole.

I immediately fell in love with it. It combined strength, creativity, movement and confidence in a way nothing else had before. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion, and before long I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others.

So Bewitched was born.

Since opening, we’ve helped thousands of women discover strength, confidence and joy through pole and movement. Watching students walk in feeling nervous and leave feeling proud and empowered is what makes this journey so special.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Parking is available on the street via pay and display or the RingGo app.

Please ensure you use the correct location code, as there are different codes for bays on either side of the street. Free after 7pm on one side or single yellows.

  • For your first class, wear comfortable fitness clothing such as leggings and a top. If you feel comfortable, you can wear shorts.

In colder months, the studio can feel chilly at first, so we recommend bringing warm layers and wearing socks.

  • If you’d like to wear heels, please ensure they are pole-specific heels (such as Pleaser or Hella Heels).

We recommend starting with a 7-inch heel, progressing to 8-inch once your confidence and ankle stability improve.

You’re welcome to wear anything you feel comfortable in — whether that’s casual or something a bit more dressed up once comfortable.

  • Yes! We offer beginner-friendly classes designed to help you build confidence, strength, and technique from the ground up.

  • Please arrive on time class so you have time to get settled and ready to start. Our early classes open just before class begins as most of our instructors travel and have day jobs.

  • As you progress in pole, you will need more skin contact to help grip the pole for certain moves. As a beginner you don’t need much skin, we will guide you as you progress.

You can find suitable polewear from brands like Pole Junkie, or choose more affordable alternatives — whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed to build strength and flexibility over time. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Absolutely! Most people feel nervous before their first class. Our studio is a welcoming, supportive space and you’ll be guided throughout — no judgement, just good vibes.

  • Avoid moisturiser or oils on your skin before class, as this can make the pole slippery.
Remove jewellery where possible to protect both you and the equipment.

  • Bring:

    • Water

    • Your pole wear

    • Heels or socks and knee pads (if attending Liquid Pole)

We provide towels for wiping the pole, cleaning spray and yoga mats.
