What do we focus on in class?

Each class includes:

✨ Warm up
✨ Time on the pole to learn tricks & spins
✨ Static and spinning pole work
✨ Strength & conditioning

We focus on slow, safe progression, helping you learn correct technique and muscle engagement to prevent injury.

We always offer progressions and regressions so you can learn at your own pace and fully understand each movement.
