Learn tricks, spins, poses, climbs and filler moves! 

As you gain more confidence and ability, you will be introduced to more difficult moves.

  • No previous fitness or dance experience required

  • Learn strength and toning exercises to do at home

  • Max 2 per pole

Keep the same day and time for all levels of pole. Get 1 FREE catchup per month - note these do not carry over into the next month.

Intermediate 

Pole Fitness

Build strength and learn loads of new moves, combos and sequences.

  • Progress fluidly and feel confident in your moves.

  • Build strength gradually and safely

  • Learn climbs and inverts

  • Learn to hang upside down with just your knees!

  • Learn to fly around the pole with just 1 arm

  • Build a solid muscle foundation for advanced pole.

  • Track your progress with a 20 page booklet of moves, combos, strength exercises, stretching and healthy eating tips

Advanced

  • Feel safe and ready for advanced pole moves in our specially designed pole syllabus.

  • Over 12 structured advanced levels of pole!

  • Build correct technique to nail moves and prevent injury

  • Learn strength moves, flexibility moves, combos, sequences and have fun!

  • Track your progress with a 20 page booklet of moves, combos, strength exercises, stretching and healthy eating tips
