Pilates Classes

Instructor Tabitha offers Pilates classes at Bewitched on a regular basis. A great way to improve your core strength and posture, taught by someone with years of instructing experience in fitness and posture, and has a huge knowledge base of moves for you to try. 

Tabitha currently holds Personal Trainer level 3  and Pilates level 3 qualification and Exercise to music, as well as a level 3 NVQ in Massage - she knows the body and has been correcting posture in pole, stretch class and 1-2-1 session for nearly 8 years.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise similar to yoga, but which concentrates on strengthening the body from the core.You can greatly improve your posture, strength and mental well being through regular training.

Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility - great for rehabilitating some forms of injury and to help prevent it in the first place. It is very low impact, and no strenuous repetition is applied.
